The following veterinary supplies and/or medications are requested to stock the veterinary clinic at Limbe Wildlife Centre:

  • Medications—antibiotics, antifungals, anesthetics,analgesics, anthelminthics, and vitamins
  • Diagnostic supplies—glass slides, Neubauer counting chamber set, stain (Gram, Fields, Giemsa, Diffquik, Lugol's iodine), oil immersion oil, urine dipsticks, and BUN strips
  • Diagnostic equipment—microscope (100x), glucometer, ophthalmoscope, otoscope, and ultrasound
  • Medical supplies—stethoscope, catheters (IV and urinary), needles, syringes, IV lines, and puppy/kitten formula
  • Surgical supplies—face masks, surgical caps, sterile gloves, suture, portable suction unit, and autoclave
  • Portable monitoring equipment—blood pressure monitor, ECG, Doppler, and capnograph

Donations for the Limbe Wildlife Centre can be acknowledged as a donation to Pandrillus USA, a nonprofit organization that works in conjunction with the Ministry of Forest and Wildlife in Cameroon.
