Share Your Story!

Were you involved in something interesting or unusual over the summer? Have you participated in an externship or done any shadowing at humane-minded veterinary practices or animal welfare organizations? Does your school have a great alternative, animal welfare, or shelter medicine program that you’d like to write about?

If so, consider submitting a short article about your experience or program for the December Student Newsletter! HSVMA will be accepting student member articles until Wednesday, December 3.

We offer a $100 stipend for student articles. Articles should be 500-750 words and include a title, at least one photo related to the article, and a photo of you—the author—and your bio.
